We are growing continuously and now have about 1000 employees in several countries. </p><p><strong>The position</strong></p><p>As the senior systems engineer with focus area Microsoft, you will participate in both operations, management and projects of our Microsoft enterprise solution ecosystem. Your area of responsibility will be the platform for M365, the integrations towards our collaborating toolsets and the operational compliance. </p><p>Your competence and experience from larger Microsoft ecosystems and its optimization, will be our driving force in building and improving our Microsoft technical solution designs. You will work side-by-side with Microsoft azure security experts, and other relevant architects and IT subject matter experts. </p><p>You would be part of Cambio IT-services organization, where we are focusing on deploying and improving our internal infrastructure and platforms – as a prerequisite for our organization to deliver for what is Sweden's largest electronic health record (EHR). </p><p>You will work according to our standard way of operating and improving the services based on ITIL standards. </ul><p><strong>Some of your key</strong> <strong>responsibilities:</strong></p><ul>
<li>Technical responsibility for Azure/Microsoft365 (subscriptions, landing zones, ARC, configurations, enterprise applications, service principals, resource groups) </li>
</ul><ul>
<li>Optimize internal systems and external integrations (e.g., training platforms). </li>
</ul><ul>
<li>Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations. </li>
</ul><ul>
<li>Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with Microsoft in cooperation with our partner management, and key stakeholders/Teams to ensure alignment and mutual success.</li>
</ul><ul>
</ul><p><strong>About you </strong> <strong></strong></p><p>To succeed in this role, we believe that you have great technical skills and have a keen interest in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and software development. You enjoy putting together technical solutions with your team as well as developing and coaching the team further in your area of expertise. To have a strategic mindset and like having the helicopter view from time to time, is also something you like. </p><p>You are detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously. To work proactive and take the initiative to identify areas of improvement comes natural for you. In this position, your social skills are also important, to communicate in ways that targets the right audience.<br/><br/></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong> </p><ul>
<li>5+ years of work experience within IT Operations/Application Management</li>
</ul><ul>
<li>Advanced knowledge and work experience with:<ul>
<li><em>Microsoft365 (Exchange, M365 Admin Portal)</em></li>
<li><em></em><em>Client Management (Windows, MacOS, iOS, Android)</em></li>
</ul></li>
<li><em></em>You understand the ins and outs of driving success in the Microsoft ecosystem, backed by a proven track record of results<br/><br/></li>
<li>General knowledge of Active Directory, Networking, Enterprise Applications, Entra ID Connect, ITIL, IT Security, Microsoft Azure </li>
</ul><ul>
<li>Fluent in both Swedish and English, spoken and written </li>
</ul><p><strong>It's</strong><strong> a bonus if you have </strong></p><ul>
<li>Relevant certifications or IT education </li>
</ul><ul>
<li>Experience in running knowledge sharing sessions </li>
