We are distributed across multiple offices with more than 500 employees, primarily in Calabasas (Southern California), San Diego, Woodridge (Chicago) and Pleasanton (Bay Area). We also have team members in two company-owned offices in China, as well as in Europe.

Responsibilities

• Use business intelligence, data visualization, query and statistical software to support Mktg., Merchandising and other PC and CP functional areas
• Lead Digital Analytics data discovery and systems analysis to direct business users the right information. Design and develop conversion funnel reports and insights to measure KPIs
• Partner with PlanetArt cross-functional stakeholders to understand data requirements and develop tools and models such as segmentation, dashboards to support the organization strategic goals and projects
• Works with Finance to support their data needs (monthly data pulls, queries for annual budget /forecasts)
• Educate business stakeholders on available data, analytics, and reporting capabilities
• Experience with Google Analytics, Adobe analytics and Python programming is a plus
• Develop dashboards and reports in Excel, Tableau, and SAS

Requirements

• 5+ years of working experience in data and business analysis
• Expert knowledge of data systems and SQL
• Experienced with Excel, SQL and data manipulation
• Minimum of 5 years working with BI and Data Mining tools
• Knowledge of ETL systems and data pipeline.
