Your key responsibilities 

You will focus on the evaluation, design, customization and optimization of solutions built on the Dynamics 365 platform. You will team with various EY groups with digital capabilities to pursue and deliver digital engagements and deliver solutions that will bring our client’s digital vision and strategy to life. You will lead a team of competent resources and guide, inspire and mentor the team, according to the EY culture and key goals. 

 

Skills and attributes for success 

• Prospecting new and existing client business development, including opportunity identification and the development of a customized sales strategy for each pursuit pursuant to EY operating protocols and collaborating effectively with EY resources from other service lines / sectors 

• Leading Microsoft application projects in accordance with EY service delivery standards relating to strategy, implementation and ERP optimization related to integration, security, data integrity, business value and business process 

• Participating in networking activities in the pursuit of new client acquisition and brand awareness 

• Leading and supporting client delivery teams on the implementation of solutions following EY implementation methodologies and service level quality standards 

• Providing coaching to exceptional employee talent to create and enhance career path opportunities while supporting a culture of accountability and open communication 

• Developing methodologies, practice aids and thought leadership and embedding best practices to drive global consistency in client delivery 

• Representing EY at various networking, marketing and conference events, including seeking speaking events on related “hot” Microsoft related issues to further drive EY’s credibility and relevance in this space and generate opportunities  

 

To qualify for the role you must have 

• Bachelor's degree and 10 or more years of related work experience 

• At least eight years’ experience delivering leading enterprise applications such as Microsoft, NetSuite, SAP or Oracle 

• Within the past five years have upgrade experience with either Microsoft Dynamics AX/365 F&O ERP or CRM products 

• Preferred integration experience with data & analytics, digital, SharePoint and Robotic Process Automation 

• Good understanding of the Power Platform and how to integrate with D365 F&O 

• Successfully led at least 2 Full Lifecycle ERP Implementations utilizing Microsoft D365 F&O 

• Should have good command on Custom Workflow activities, Business Units, Azure DevOps, Security aspects, Plugin Development, Entity Customization 

• Executive level experience and ability to communicate effectively with C-level Executives 

• Experience with Business Process Transformation, Change Management and Stakeholder Management 

• Strong understanding of key BPs, such as R2R, O2C, P2P, H2R, as well as Advanced WMS and Inventory Management 

• Ability to lead and direct ERP Core Team members in line with the goals of the ERP program 

• Demonstrated experience leading and delivering sizeable projects including leveraging both onshore and offshore resources 

• Prior advisory experience relevant to industry specific business and technology functions 

• Ability to travel based on client
