Position Title:  Employee Benefits Operations Coordinator

Position Location: Conshohocken, PA

Position Reports To: Employee Benefits Operations Leader

Position Summary:  The Operations Coordinator provides administrative support to the Employee Benefits department to promote a professional and courteous business and support the delivery of exceptional customer service.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Assist in client specific projects as assigned, including but not limited to preparing annual enrollment materials for the service team.
  • Facilitate the enrollment process for a dedicated book of business according to established policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Responsible for day-to-day administrative support including but not limited to answering and directing inquiries; open, prioritize incoming correspondences and prepare response as directed.
  • Support the preparation of marketing proposals as needed.
  • Document renewal, sales, and insurance operations compliance documents into the agency management database.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

  • 1+ year work experience
  • Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Windows environment, including but not limited to Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
