Clinical Nurse Manager

Are you ready to love what you do?! BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager (RN) for our Wilmington, DE Medicare Certified Home Health office. This office provides best-in-class care to adult and geriatric clients in their homes throughout New Castle County.

Responsibilities for a Clinical Nurse Manager:

• Lead, inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care.
• Visit our adult and geriatric clients in their homes for supervisory/assessment in
• Supervise a team of field nurses.
• Facilitate new hire orientation and training the new nurses.
• Coordinate and/or deliver in-services for field staff.

Qualifications for a Clinical Nurse Manager:

• Registered Nurse (RN) with 2 or more years of experience as an RN.
• Home Health experience required.
• Acute, med/surg, and/or sub-acute experience required.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.
