Indiana University Health is seeking an individual who embodies these values to join our Talent Acquisition leadership team in the role of Executive Director - Talent Acquisition.
The Executive Director – Talent Acquisition serves as a strategic leader responsible for designing, implementing, and scaling IU Health's enterprise-wide recruitment strategy. This leader will leverage advanced data and analytics to drive consistent, predictable, and measurable business outcomes, ensuring that IU Health attracts and retains top talent across clinical, allied health, and executive roles. The Executive Director will partner with senior executives, hiring managers, and HR leaders at all levels of the organization to deliver an innovative and sustainable talent acquisition model. They will build scalable sourcing capabilities across high-volume and specialized recruiting areas, while influencing enterprise workforce decisions through strong negotiation and relationship management skills.

Candidate Qualifications
Candidates for the position will be evaluated according to the following criteria and competencies.
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, related field, or equivalent experience is required. Master's Degree preferred.
Requires 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in talent acquisition or HR, including 5+ years in senior leadership roles.
Requires proven success in building enterprise-level recruitment strategies that deliver measurable and predictable outcomes.
Requires demonstrated success in designing scalable sourcing models across clinical and specialty areas.
Requires advanced negotiation skills with experience in vendor management and contract strategy.
Requires experience in matrixed, complex organizations, preferably healthcare or similarly regulated industries.
