Overview
Reporting to the Director of K‑LOVE Kids, the Sr. Operations Coordinator is responsible for directing the day‑to‑day operational execution of projects, content, and initiatives across the team.
This role plays a vital part in overseeing workflows, coordinating assets and logistics, and driving progress through active coordination, follow‑through, and issue resolution to ensure timelines, deliverables, and operational requirements are met.
The Sr. Operations Coordinator will collaborate closely with the Director of K‑LOVE Kids and cross‑functional partners across Creative, Marketing, Digital, and Production teams to align execution with ministry priorities, address operational challenges, and ensure initiatives are delivered smoothly, on schedule, and with excellence.

Here's some of what you will be doing...
Project & Operational Workflow Execution
- Manage the day‑to‑day execution and coordination of projects across key initiatives including music releases, videos, podcasts, merchandise, and live experiences.
- Maintain clear visibility into project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies to ensure work remains organized and moving forward.
- Ensure required assets, approvals, and materials are completed and aligned to established schedules.
- Monitor progress across initiatives, identify risks or delays, and take action to address gaps or keep work on track.
Content & Asset Operations
- Manage the organization and tracking of content deliverables including videos, music, graphics, and digital assets.
- Work closely with Creative, Marketing, and Production teams to ensure assets are prepared, formatted, and ready for use across platforms.
- Maintain centralized systems for asset storage, structure, naming and accessibility, ensuring consistency and ease of use.
Production & Logistics Operations
- Coordinate logistics for recordings, video shoots, and content production days, ensuring teams and resources are prepared in advance.
- Manage schedules, call sheets, and run‑of‑show documents to support smooth production execution.
- Manage communication between production teams, talent, and internal partners to keep expectations clear and aligned.
- Ensure materials, approvals, and resources are organized and available ahead of production and event timelines.
Operational Systems & Process Management
- Oversee and maintain project management tools to ensure project information is accurate, current, and easy to follow.
- Track initiative‑level budgets, invoices, and vendor activity, working closely with Finance to ensure accuracy and alignment.
- Coordinate contracts, releases, and required documentation in partnership with Legal and Operations teams.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of systems, processes, and documentation to support efficiency and clarity.
Event & Initiative Execution
- Oversee the operational execution of events, appearances, and activations from planning through completion.
- Coordinate logistics such as travel, schedules, materials, and on‑site needs to support successful execution.
- Coordinate planning and execution of internal initiatives including team meetings, rehearsals, and special projects.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration & Alignment

- Work closely with the Director of K‑LOVE Kids to support execution of strategic priorities through organized and effective operations.
- Partner with Creative, Marketing, Digital, and Production teams to ensure initiatives remain aligned and well‑coordinated.
- Serve as a central point of coordination, helping teams stay informed, organized, and progressing toward shared goals.
- Support clear and consistent communication across teams to reduce confusion and promote efficiency.
Here's some experience and skills we are seeking...
- Bachelor’s Degree, or combination of education/training with relevant experience.
- 2-4 years of experience in operations, project coordination, content operations, production coordination, or a related role supporting creative, media, or mission-driven initiatives
- Experience working with children and families in media, performance or ministry environments preferred.
- Excellent organizational and relationship management skills are preferred.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with a high level of professionalism.
