About the role

Job Title: Contract Business Planning Assistant (Japanese-English Bilingual) Work Location: SEWS - Farmington Hills, Michigan

This is a contracted position with expectations to work 20 - 40 hours/week.
This is a non-exempt position, paid hourly, and eligible for additional hours as necessary.

Basic Purpose: Contractor to perform cost registration duties.The responsibilities performed by full-time employees will be transferred to this Contract Employee to increase the added value of operations. Job Duties and Responsibilities:

To register the cost of wiring harness.
To confirm the cost of parts which unit price is unknown to the procurement department.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a suitable field.
1-3 years of business accounting/finance experience.
Excellent skills in the use of personal computers (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Advanced level Excel skills strongly preferred.
Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
Business level Japanese skills required (reading, speaking and writing).
