We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Clinical Laboratory Supervisor to lead our inpatient phlebotomy team and float pool at the Ronald Reagan Hospital. Key responsibilities include:

Supervise the daily operations of our inpatient phlebotomy team and float pool at the Ronald Reagan Hospital, ensuring seamless workflow and optimal performance.

Provide leadership assistance to the Outpatient Phlebotomy & Specimen Processing Lab.

Implement best practices and protocols to ensure the accuracy and reliability of testing procedures.

Provide guidance and support to a team of CPTs, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

Salary Range: $112,900.00 - $256,900.00/year


Job Qualifications

Possess a current, valid California Clinical Laboratory Scientist license and bachelor’s degree.

Minimum of 4 years of licensed CLS working experience, with prior experience in leading and directing a team preferred.

Familiarity with Core Laboratory test menu, including the various testing services offered, their applications, and appropriate utilization protocols, strongly preferred. 

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate others.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to driving positive change and achieving organizational goals.
