Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) PT, OT or SLP

OVERTON HEALTHCARE CENTER, a skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation center, is seeking a full time Speech Language Pathologist, Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist to lead our stable, in-house therapy team. We seek a Director of Rehabilitation who is passionate about delivering the best care possible to our patients and residents and offer opportunities for you to develop programs in cognition, memory care, functional maintenance and other long term care programming. Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Current Texas therapy license
• At least two years of therapy leadership experience in a long term care setting
