Job Description:
AFS is seeking a Business Analyst to analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. The Business Analyst will assess current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. They will be responsible to research, gather and synthesize information. There will be up to 50% CONUS/OCONUS travel.
Here’s what you need:
- 6+ years of experience as an all-source intelligence analyst within the DoD or equivalent Government agencies is required with 4+ years at the operational level
- 3+ years experience with:
- The current suite of all-source intelligence tools
- Preparing and delivering intelligence briefings at the Lieutenant Colonel (O-5) / GS-14 level or higher.
- Utilizing basic computer applications and established SIGINT related databases to support analytical efforts and product development.
- SIGINT analytical databases covering both Dial Network Recognition (DNR) and Digital Network Intelligence (DNI) related technologies.
- Current NSAnet access
- Must have or obtain a U.S. passport within 30 days of employment
Bonus points if you have:
- Acute knowledge of SOF and or CT/counter proliferation intelligence experience
- Proficiency, knowledge, understanding, and experience with current all-source analytical techniques, theory, methodologies, processes, and trends
- Strong briefing, reporting, and writing skills
- Strong background and firsthand experience are required in SIGINT analysis, SIGINT systems, tools, and databases, reporting and collection management
Security Clearance
- Must have an active TS/SCI security clearance
As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
