Location: There are two, seasonal, full time positions located in Gold Beach, Oregon. Housing is not provided for these positions.

Job Description: What you will do:
Spawning Ground Surveyor: Conduct spawning surveys by locating, driving to and walking/kayaking selected stream reaches to count spawning steelhead and mark redds; conduct snorkel counts of steelhead resting pools; contact private landowners to gain access to survey streams; conduct surveys every 7 to 10 days. Identify live fish species; record data collected on handheld computer or appropriate data forms; and operate a four-wheel drive vehicle to get to desired location. This position may also assist wit
