If you want to work with the most talented people on Earth furthering space exploration for humanity, come join us.</p></div><p>Vast is looking for a <strong>Staff</strong> <strong>Technical Sourcer</strong>, reporting to the<strong> Manager, Talent Sourcing </strong>to support the development of the systems that will be required for the design and build of artificial-gravity human-rated space stations.&nbsp;</p> <p>You'll shape how Vast finds and attracts the engineers who will design, build, and launch the next generation of human-rated space systems — and you'll raise the bar for how we do it. This role is for a Sourcer who has mastered the craft and is ready to multiply their impact — mentoring peers, building the strategies and tools that make our sourcing function stronger, and solving the hardest talent challenges in one of the most ambitious industries on Earth.</p> <p>This will be a <strong>full-time,</strong> <strong>exempt </strong>position located in our <strong>Long Beach</strong> location.&nbsp;</p> <h2><strong>Responsibilities:&nbsp;</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Utilize various sourcing techniques to identify niche technical &nbsp; backgrounds across multiple departments at Vast&nbsp;</li> <li>Conduct deep talent mapping, competitive analysis, and workforce intelligence research to uncover high-value talent, anticipate market trends, and inform sourcing strategies for critical and hard-to-fill roles</li> <li>Utilize advanced sourcing techniques ,including Boolean search, AI-powered talent intelligence platforms, competitive mapping, and non-traditional channels,to identify passive and active candidates with highly specialized technical backgrounds</li> <li>Create and maintain a pipeline of passive and active niche technical candidates for current and future requisitions</li> <li>Initiate and engage
