Warehouse Lead - Receiving
Location: New Berlin, WI
Job type: Full Time
Schedule: 7:00am start time Monday-Friday
Hourly pay: $23.25/hr - $26.25/hr
**Compensation for this position includes hourly pay, short-term incentive bonus, and full benefits package offerings. The exact amount of base salary may vary based on experience and skills brought to the role.

What You’ll Do
As a warehouse lead associate, you’re key to directing the day-to-day warehouse activities in the distribution center including picking, packing, and loading of customer orders and transfers. You’ll work in a positive, fast-paced environment with a supportive team.
You will…
- Direct and perform a variety of warehousing duties such as loading, unloading, checking, stocking, order picking and shipping of material.
- Monitor and verify the accuracy of incoming and outbound shipments by checking items and quantities against picking documents or packing slip documents.
- Ensure that all customer orders and branch transfers are filled, packaged, loaded, and delivered correctly and on schedule.
- Monitor placement of merchandise into stock for correct location, proper slotted location of new product.
- Monitor equipment maintenance and housekeeping.
- Shares information concerning best practices, procedures, and policies to ensure a safe and productive work environment. Monitor to ensure security procedures are being followed.
- Assist in training and development of associates, Monitor attendance, hours and job performance.
- Follow and promote procedures that keep the warehouse safe and secure
What You Bring
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years warehouse experience including order picking, receiving, and shipping.
- High School diploma or GED
- Through knowledge of warehouse operations, well versed in the safe operations of forklifts and other equipment, and good communication skills.
- Ability to work closely with other Lead positions.
- Be at least 18 years old
- Ability to lift, push, and pull objects weighing up to 50 lbs. regularly, or up to 75 lbs. with the assistance of supportive equipment or team members
- Ability to stand and walk for much of your shift
- Basic math skills (add and subtract numbers)
- Ability to work in various temperatures within our warehouse
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without VISA sponsorship now or in the future
