The Director of Business Insights & Performance serves as the critical link between Sensiba’s modern data ecosystem and executive decision-making. As a player-coach, the Director will both shape and strengthen the firm’s analytics infrastructure while coaching Partners and senior leaders to use high-fidelity insights to drive performance, accountability, and strategic action.
The Director will own the Business Insights function, leading a lean analytics team and partnering closely with Technology, Finance, and Department Leaders to ensure data is translated into clear narratives and measurable outcomes.
