The opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and confident individual to join our Technology Transformation & Strategy Team.
As part of the Portfolio and Program Management (PPM), you will be a part of the team that is focused on aiding our clients in driving transformational change. You will help manage and deliver waterfall or agile projects, diverse in complexity, domain, and technology. You will apply the standard project management, methods, practices, processes, and tools to ensure that the programs and projects consistently follow the structured Project Management framework & tooling.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform the relevant project management/PMO processes - i.e., initiate, plan, execute, monitor and control, and close, and the supporting processes e.g., scope, cost, time, issues, risks, resources, communication, and stakeholder management.
- Develop/Support the creation of detailed Program/Project Plans, scope, budget, and baseline Scheduling; keep track of quality standards, deliverables, and dependencies
- Develop and maintain monitoring and control mechanisms to track the progress of projects at all phases.
- Generate and publish Program health dashboards/ MIS reports to various stakeholders
- Execute change management tracking and reporting
- Work within defined governance processes and adhere to all the security and organizational policies
- Understand all our consulting service offerings and Alliance partnerships;
- Actively identify opportunities to better serve clients and be able to build meaningful external relationships with our clients and internal relationships across service lines.
To qualify for the role, you must have
- Academic education in Engineering, Computer Science, Management, or similar fields of study;
- At least 2+ years of professional consulting experience in a Project Management context and/or PMO role
- Experience in Agile methodologies – Scrum, Scaled Agile, etc;
- Demonstrable understanding of change management
- Experience working with global teams
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English (verbally and in writing)
- Ready to travel on short notice
Ideally, you’ll also have:
- PMP / Prince 2 Certified
- Certified Scrum Master
- Certified Product Owner
- Experience working on complex projects and programs
