At Sana Commerce, we’re looking for an experienced Senior Partner Marketing Manager who can help build out Sana’s partner program based on a new strategy, new partner profiles and new partner tiers. This is an exciting opportunity to build something new from the ground up and be a core part of Sana’s 5-year growth strategy.
The role requires both gravitas and strategic capabilities with hands-on execution. We’re looking for a thinker-doer who is happy to roll up sleeves.
The Senior Partner Marketing Manager reports to the Director of Growth Marketing, but this is a very independent role. It will suit someone who is used to a high degree of autonomy, is great at prioritising and knows how to proactively keep others up to date on their progress. And critically, raises concerns and issues before they become problems.

Job Description
What you'll be doing:
- Developing and owning the global partner marketing plan – US, UK, NL, DE – based on Partner Marketing Strategy;
- Working closely with Partner Management team to develop partner relationships, in particular partners’ marketing teams;
- Executing the Partner Marketing plan in coordination with the Partner Management team. They will be your day-to-day partners and key stakeholders;
- Working with product marketing, growth marketing and content teams to get the information you need to develop partner marketing materials and execute the partner marketing plan;
- Creating partner marketing toolkits including, campaigns in a box, content and design assets, product and training content, lead scoring and tracking templates, as well as sales decks, data sheets and other sales support collateral (based off content already created for Direct sales);
- Participating in partner meetings and webinars to share new product features, marketing materials or other Sana developments with partners – ensuring they are always up to data on Sana. In addition to coordinating Sana Sana's participation in Partner events for their customers (with the Event team).
Qualifications
What you'll bring:
- 5-7 years of partner marketing experience (field marketing experience is a plus);
- Event planning and management knowledge with a proven track record of successfully executing multifaceted events (both small and large scale);
- Ability to manage and scale a portfolio of multiple campaigns simultaneously while balancing tight timelines;
- Ability to build strong working relationships, lead cross-functional teams and drive buy-in from sales and marketing leadership;
- Self-starter with high autonomy, strong project management skills, and the ability to adapt to change;
- Working knowledge of Dynamics, marketing automation platforms, and other marketing technology tools.
