Responsibilities
- Develop and execute engaging content strategies across LinkedIn, Instagram, and X platforms
- Create and maintain professional content for our WordPress website
- Design and schedule regular social media updates that align with our brand voice
- Manage community engagement across all digital platforms
- Track and analyze social media metrics to optimize content performance
- Ensure all digital content maintains HIPAA compliance standards
- Collaborate with team members to showcase company initiatives and success stories
Requirements
- Strong English writing and communication skills
- Proven experience managing professional social media accounts
- Proficiency in WordPress content management and basic website maintenance
- Understanding of healthcare industry communication best practices
- Experience with social media management and scheduling tools
- Ability to work full-time during US Pacific business hours
- Knowledge of HIPAA compliance in digital communications
- Basic graphic design skills for social media content
