A Brief Overview
Accountable for helping customers and assisting in daily store operations to directly impact the store's growth and success for the purpose of supporting our local hospital and providing low-cost shopping for our community.
What you will do
- Provides a welcoming environment for customers by assisting with product selection and features which would consist of promoting and selling merchandise in the store.
- Accepts and sorts through all donations, separating good merchandise that can be made available to customers or merchandise that is recyclable material.
- Organize, price and ticket merchandise according to store procedures and maintain presentable appearance throughout the sales floor, stocking product as needed.
- Maintains a clean store as necessary to ensure a pleasing and comfortable shopping experience for customers.
- If thoroughly trained, operation of the cash register system to manage transactions, ensuring pricing is accurate, collecting payments, issuing receipts and daily banking duties.

Preferred Education, License/Certification, or Work Experience:
- High School or GED Equivalent
- Retail experience
- Bilingual
