What You’ll Do:

• Create Efficient Schedules: Develop and manage employee work schedules based on production needs and team skills.
• Handle Time-Off Requests: Ensure vacations and leaves are managed without disrupting operations.
• Track Attendance: Monitor time and attendance to keep the production line fully staffed.
• Optimize Staffing: Analyze data to improve workforce efficiency and identify staffing gaps.
• Collaborate with HR: Work closely with HR to fill vacancies and ensure skill alignment.
• Coordinate Payroll: Partner with payroll to ensure accurate labor tracking and reporting.
• Assist with Projects: Support the Director of Manufacturing with various projects as needed.

What You’ll Bring:

• 2+ Years of Experience: Proven experience in a similar role.
• Tech Skills: Familiar with ADP systems and proficient in Excel.
• Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to Detail: You prioritize accuracy and are highly organized.
• Team Player: Collaborative, with strong interpersonal skills.
• Multilingual: Portuguese/Spanish is a plus.
