- Respond to client inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner.

- Resolve client concerns effectively while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain client records and update databases with accurate information.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
- Assist in administrative tasks to support the Customer Service team.

- Proven experience in customer service or a related role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software.

- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
