HR Services Senior Associate– Contractors conversion supportA highly skilled specialist that contributes to the conversions of external contractors to Equinix employees, by negotiating job offers and managing the overall experience of candidates. It requires collaboration with various stakeholders, adaptability to handle different levels of complexity, and a focus on creating a positive candidate experience. Seeking guidance when needed demonstrates a commitment to fair and informed negotiation practices.
Responsibilities
Life Cycle and System Updates
Leverages process knowledge to guide employees through lifecycle changes, customizing the solution to fit individual needs
May negotiate offer by partnering with hiring manager, senior management, and other groups as necessary
May require guidance and support, depending on complexity of negotiation
Manages candidate experience and acts as a candidate advocate
Identifies trends and initiates process improvements with Manager
Understands trade offs and when to escalate
Understands end to end processes deeply and can easily assist in all steps of a multiple step process. Supports full regions APAC/EMEAand global processes
Manages HR Systems Data and files, ensuring accuracy, completion, and that all are up to date
Handles sensitive and/or complex queries
Provides standard and non standard non complex reporting to HR stakeholders and line managers
COE Process Expertise
Basic understanding of programs and COE processes
Able to answer COE type queries and guide line managers if appropriate
Able to handle complex COE processes
Operational Excellence
Assist with knowledge base and HR Systems navigation to resolve employee and manager queries including Workday and HR library
Understands and excutes on SLA and KPI's
Provide excellent customer service, high quality resolution and consistent support of standard processes by following documented work instructions and ways of working guidelines
Understands and follows compliance requirements for SOX, Employee Data Governance and other policy requirements
Ensures data accuracy and integrity with all transactions, communications and stakeholder support
Qualifications
High school diploma/GED required
