Team Leader - Logistics - 1st Shift

Your Key Responsibilities

• Leads a team of intra-logistics operators or workers to ensure adequately receiving, storing, commissioning and dispatching all sorts of materials/goods/products for organization unit assigned.

• Implements defined processes and standards for assigned areas of plant.

• Monitors and enforces adherence to defined standards and processes.

• Carries out adequate staffing, organizes and coordinates daily intra-logistics operations for assigned area and solves daily issues.

• Collects, evaluates and reports needs for repair, maintenance or replacement of warehouse/ material handling equipment.

• Responsible for Safety and 5S (Cleanliness) during the shift.

Basic Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of five (5) years relevant experience
• Good knowledge of production processes, measurement & inspection procedures, production planning & control,
• Good knowledge of MS-Office and SAP
• Ability to manage and lead a team
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• External applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment VISA or other sponsorship.
