Manufacturing Electrical Engineers work within production operations and the manufacturing discipline in a controlled environment.  They use electrical engineering skills, an understanding of manufacturing (cost, quality, safety, and schedule), and Raytheon systems and tools. The Manufacturing engineering department in Forest CMC provides engineering support to Electronic Warfare Systems and Tactical Airborne Products manufacturing and test solutions (Subsystems/Radar system integration & test, Special Test Solution design, Antenna measurements (NF, FF indoor/outdoor, & Compact ranges) solutions, and develop RF subsystems tests solutions).

What You Will Do:

• Support the design, control, and improvement of the manufacturing process through collaboration with a multi-disciplined team
• Improve cycle time and lead time
• Implement manufacturing process control and performance monitoring
• Participate in improvement projects
• Translate engineering design requirements into manufacturing processes
• Perform hardware defect analysis
• Participate in corrective action investigations

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Must be at least a sophomore by the start of summer 2026 pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering and Systems Engineering , or closely related Engineering major.
• The ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance prior to the start date. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

Qualifications We Prefer:

• 3.0 cumulative GPA desired
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PPT, Project, Word)

The salary range for this role is 34,000 USD - 72,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
