We leverage data-driven insights from Catapult, our proprietary technology, and our deep understanding of marketplaces like Amazon, Walmart.com, TikTok Shop, to craft strategies unique to each brand we work with while protecting their pricing and channel strategies at every lifecycle stage and in any global market.
Responsibilities
- Post journal entries to the GL and accounting system with a focus on US
- Reconcile all general ledger accounts
- Maintain and reconcile inventory records
- Assist in the costing of inventory and verification of inventory
- Prepare and close financial reports for month-end for all companies
- Ensure that all balance sheet accounts and supporting documents are reconciled.
- Assist in the preparation of commentary
- Adhere to company reporting deadlines.
- Manage and process Accounts Payable payments timely
- Recommend and implement improvements within accounting
- Work with our External Audit and Tax firm and Assist in annual audit
- Complete ad-hoc financial analysis and reports to support the business
- Maintain basic departmental records
- Prepare and file sales tax report timely
- Assist with the preparation of annual budget and forecast
Requirements
Primary Requirement
- BS in Accounting
- 4 to 6 years of accounting/finance experience
- Must have experience with month end close at a company that sells products
- Excellent Computer skills with advanced excel skills using pivot tables and lookups
- Experience working with ERP system (Netsuite Preferred)
Secondary Requirement
- Budgeting and forecasting experience a plus but not required
- Accounting experience with apparel or consumer product companies
- Able to draft basic FS commentary
- Research Variance Analysis

SALARY RANGE - $85,000 - $110,000
