Job Summary:
Manufacturing Electrical Engineers work within production operations and the manufacturing discipline in a controlled environment. They use electrical engineering skills, an understanding of manufacturing (cost, quality, safety, and schedule), and Raytheon systems and tools. The Antenna Products Section within the Manufacturing Engineering organization is seeking a talented Electrical Engineer to support the Advance Products Solutions (APS) business unit of Raytheon. The Manufacturing engineering department in Forest CMC provides engineering support to Electronic Warfare Systems and Tactical Airborne Products manufacturing and test solutions (Subsystems/Radar system integration & test, Special Test Solution design, Antenna measurements (NF, FF indoor/outdoor, & Compact ranges) solutions, and develop RF subsystems tests solutions).
Responsibilities to Anticipate:
- Support the design, control, and improvement of the manufacturing process through collaboration with a multi-disciplined team
- Improve cycle time and lead time
- Implement manufacturing process control and performance monitoring
- Participate in improvement projects
- Translate engineering design requirements into manufacturing processes
- Perform hardware defect analysis
- Participate in corrective action investigations
Qualifications You Must Have:
Must be pursuing a Bachelor’s (or higher) degree in Electrical Engineering or related Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) major.
- The ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance prior to the start date. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Qualifications We Value:
- 3.0 cumulative GPA desired
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with coworkers from diverse communities and cultures
- Demonstrated ability to work with colleagues who represent a diversity of work and conflict resolution styles
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PPT, Project, Word)

- Relocation assistance is NOT provided for this role
- Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.
Clearance Information:
This position requires a security clearance. DCSA Consolidated Adjudication Services (DCSA CAS), an agency of the Department of Defense, handles and adjudicates the security clearance process.
