2024 Summer Intern - Business Operations Analyst

The Intern - Business Operations Analyst will assist with initiatives to drive process improvement and automation across Sales and Commercial Operations. We are seeking an individual available to start now and continue into the Fall term.

What You'll Do

• Interact with business stakeholders and subject matter experts in order to understand their problems and needs

• Gather, document, and analyze business needs and requirements

• Identify business problems and design solutions

• Analyze processes for improvement opportunities or gaps

• Create and maintain documentation of current state and future state processes

What You'll Need

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be actively enrolled in a degree-seeking program in Computer Science, Business, Management Information Systems or related field of study

Preferred Qualifications

• Problem solving, including solving technical challenges, critical thinking skills

• Ability to document requirements for both technical and end user teams

• Excellent time management and listening skills

• Strong verbal communication skills and ability to speak to technical and end user audiences

• Ability to find creative solutions to meet or exceed business needs

• Experience with Google Docs, Spreadsheets and Microsoft Office

• Experience with Jira & Confluence

Travel Requirements & Working Conditions

• Reliable internet access for any period of time working remotely, not in a Workiva office.

• Minimal travel
