POSITION OVERVIEW 

In this internship, you will assist in the execution of sales enablement programs with our sales teams. You will analyze the internal sales processes and identify potential weaknesses and offer improvement suggestions. You will create compelling content for internal sales desk trainings. You will coordinate, organize and track progress and provide recommendations on next steps based on key findings.

You will expand on the internal SharePoint by consolidating and organizing existing materials and develop new content.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Currently enrolled in a four-year degree program, with an anticipated graduation date of May 2025 studying Marketing, Advertising, Digital Communications or related fields.
• Strong self-motivation, self-starter and self-managed
• Demonstrate ability to work alone or as part of a team.
• Demonstrate ability to remain calm in fast-paced environments.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Problem solver, ability to spot opportunities and gaps.
• Proficiency of MS office suite
• Understanding of training content creation.
•  Keen attention to detail
• Maintains professionalism at all times, upholding high standards of conduct
• Approaches challenges with an open mind and a positive, can-do attitude
