Associate Infrastructure Operations

Program Structure:  

 

The Technology program focuses on developing foundational skills to equip our early talent associates with the tools to be the future leaders of the organization.  The program is non-rotational, with direct placement into a functional area based on your skillset and business unit needs.  The program will focus on the pillars of education, exposure, experience, and engagement, which would include customized learning curriculum, exposure to senior leadership, community service projects, assigned mentors, and social activities.   

 

Technology Operations (Tech Ops) is focused on maintaining the core technology portfolio while leveraging new capabilities to modernize operations, reduce cost and enable global scale.  Depending on department placement you may have exposure to the following areas 

 

  • Core Technology Operations which manages our rapidly growing Directory/Identity and File/Print services team in a hybrid environment of AWS/AzureAD and On-prem. 

  • Desktop Operations 

  • Using Cisco and networking principles, CCNA certification and utilizing various Cisco equipment. This would include equipment such as switches, routers, cabling like ethernet and fiberoptic. 

Required Qualifications 

  • Full time student with an expected graduation date of December 2024 – May/June 2025. 

  • Major: Information Systems, Information Technology, Cyber Security, or related major  

  • Ability to understand and clearly relate to other members of the organization technical manuals, software specifications, hardware principals of operations, and general methods of systems software operations and security 

  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers and suppliers 

  • Accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to handle many tasks and procedures concurrently 

  • Technical analysis skills 

  • Problem-solving / troubleshooting experience  

  • Fundamental knowledge of identity and access management and IT security concepts 

  • A commitment to continuous learning and development
