Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated full-stack CIAM Development Manager to join our Experian Health team. The CIAM Development Manager is responsible for leading a team charged with implementation of comprehensive solutions based on business needs. This role functions as a forward-thinking manager who can solve complex CIAM problems and product enhancements in AWS cloud. Team responsibilities will include designing and implementing secure and scalable solutions for managing customer identities and access across multiple systems and platforms. They will work collaboratively with other application owners and cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Candidate should have ability to work both independently and in team-oriented, collaborative environment. Works under minimal supervision. Normally receives no instruction on routine work, general instructions on new assignments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of developers
- Lead, architect, define and drive the engineering and implementation of enterprise CIAM solution in AWS cloud to solve business problems in alignment with the enterprise architecture direction and standards
- Work with cross-functional teams to understand requirements to meet CIAM integration needs
- Team serves as the business unit technical SME within the CIAM domain
- Should be able to adapt new Customer IAM tools and application development frameworks.
- Configure, document, and enforce CIAM best practices across multiple diverse business units and application integrations
- Collaborates with management, other developers, architects to design, develop and implement CIAM solutions for API driven cloud based applications
- Troubleshoot, debug issues and continuously improve quality
- Tests, documents and deploys web application in cloud.
- Performs code maintenance support and maintenance for software application.
- Provides time estimates and status reports.
- Prioritizes projects and meets project deadlines.
Qualifications
Job Qualifications and Skill Requirements :
- Strong leadership capabilities, including the ability to develop personnel
- Strong experience with Identity and Access Management
- Strong experience with modern authentication technologies
- Strong understanding of security
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Strong background building internet applications that work across different platforms and browsers.
- Strong knowledge of database structures and data access methodologies. SQL required, NoSQL (MongoDB, etc.) a plus.
- Strong knowledge of web-based programming languages, HTML, dHTML, CSS.
- Strong knowledge of one or more back-end programming languages (Java, .Net)
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, JSON, client-side debugging (F12).
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
- Strong background of developing single-page applications using frameworks such as ReactJS, Angular, etc.
- Strong background of developing secure front-end applications (HTTPS, SAML, Oauth, CSP, XSS, encryption, penetration testing, etc.)
- Experience with common web development tools and services, such as version control software, package managers, and CI/CD pipelines
- Basic knowledge of containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, etc.), NoSQL databases (MongoDB, etc.), scripting (Python, Bash, Perl, etc.), AWS a plus
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
- IAM (Identity access management), Single Sign On (SSO), ReactJs, Bamboo, Octopus, ForgeRock, Ping Identity
