We are hiring a Warehouse Supervisor in Stilwell, OK. This position is responsible for finished, tagged and raw material product storage, handling and inventories of our frozen food products.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise, train, and develop warehouse staff in raw material, product storage, handling, shipping/receiving, and inventory control.
- Train and support team leads and employees in proper procedures, performance standards, and safety compliance.
- Enforce GMPs, HACCP, food safety, and company policies.
- Oversee receipt, storage, and FIFO flow of bulk ingredients and raw materials across facilities.
- Coordinate transportation and inventory tracking of raw materials and packaging across locations.
- Ensure accurate cycle counts and inventory levels to support production continuity (target: 98.5%+ accuracy).
- Collaborate with Inventory Control, Purchasing, Production, and Scheduling teams to ensure efficient material flow.
- Manage order picking, truck loading/unloading, and cold/frozen storage handling.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct monthly/quarterly/annual counts, and report discrepancies.
- Ensure housekeeping and cleanliness standards in warehouse and dock areas.
Qualifications:
- Associate degree or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in warehousing, inventory control, or related field.
- Knowledge of purchasing, manufacturing, QA, food safety, cycle counting, and distribution practices.
- Familiarity with bills of material, auditing controls, and inventory record accuracy.
- Working knowledge of forklifts, pallet jacks, truck loading, yard operations, and reefer trailers.
- Proficient with SAP and other distribution/transportation systems; basic word processing skills required.
- Experience resolving inventory or invoice discrepancies; ability to support cross-functional teams (production, accounting, purchasing).
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain during probationary period).
Compensation and Benefits:
The base salary range for this position is $58,500 - $97,500 annually with eligibility for a 10% annual incentive bonus, that is based on organizational performance. The pay range represents the numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to education, skills, work experience, certifications, geography etc. As such, starting pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.

Qualifications
Education: Associate degree or equivalent
Years of Related Experience: Typically 3-5 years of experience.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: General knowledge of Purchasing, Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, Inventory RecordAccuracy, Cycle Counting Procedures, Inventory Control Procedures, Food Safety Requirements, Warehousing anddistribution. Knowledgeable of Bills of material and Auditing Control Functions. Good math and communication skills.Good working maintenance knowledge of forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment in order to detect maintenanceproblems. Good working knowledge of truck loading operation, yard operations, and reefer unit type trailers. Able to operate yard tractor while pulling empty and loaded trailers. Computer literate, able to learndistribution/transportation software systems, have in-depth knowledge of Systems Applications Products (SAP) and havea working knowledge of word processing.
