Job Overview:

We are looking for a talented and passionate Area Visual Merchandiser for our stores in Cyprus! Position is based in Dali, Nicosia! If you are a team player and you love Sports and Fashion, we want to meet you! As part of our VM team, you will provide visual support to the stores, create window and in-store displays and engage our customers by creative product placement utilizing the latest fashion trends, whilst maximizing stores’ profitability through enticing visual concepts.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the stores’ image at all times.
• Attract, engage, and motivate customer into making purchases by using the most advanced visual techniques.
• Adapt and react to the sales results by finding solutions in order to make the stores more commercial and profitable.
• Be aware of the customer profile, the product potential, and the commercial strategies of competitors.
• Working alongside the Area Manager, the VM Manager and the wider Retail Team to ensure all VM needs are met on time and consistently.
• Perform monthly store visits to coach store teams on how to interpret the visual guidelines in line with the brand visual strategy.
• Control quality of visual implementation through visits and regular photo analysis.

Requirements

• 2+ years proven work experience as a Visual Merchandiser (Preferably in a sports/fashion customer focused retail environment).
• Studies in Visual Merchandising/ Interior Design will be considered a plus.
• Good understanding of product and commercial reporting.
• Creative and innovative thinker.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong Customer-Service Mindset.
• Outstanding interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.

• Teamwork and cooperation.
• Good knowledge of MS Office.
• Driving license.
• Flexibility in working hours and willing to travel.
