Your Role

The Recruiting Coordinator will assist in the following recruiting activities: Sourcing and attracting candidates, evaluating and screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and managing new hire paperwork.

As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will work closely with qualified candidates, hiring managers and with the HR team throughout the recruiting process. Responsibilities

• Source passive candidates
• Search resume databases for quality candidates
• Identify viable candidates and conduct effective outreach through creative outlets (i.e., job boards, networking groups, social media, etc.)
• Maintain pipeline of candidates for future job opportunities
• Prepare a report on a weekly basis for the tasks completed or in progress

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field
• 3+ years of proven work experience as a recruiter or a recruiting coordinator (healthcare industry a plus).
• Strong computer, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with ability to develop spreadsheets and reports to analyze trends, successes, and areas for improvement.
• Experience and good working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Ability to work independently and on a team in a virtual and/or onsite environment.
• Ability to prioritize and complete projects within necessary deadlines.
• Solid knowledge of HR policies and best practices.

Job Type: Part-time with 20-28 hours expected each week
Location: On-site in our Saratoga Springs, NY office
Hourly Compensation: $20-25 per hour
