• Deliver time-critical print projects to customers in a fun and friendly environment.
• Prioritize Deliveries based on such criteria as customer needs, distance, & relative location to each other.
• Relay requests or complaints received from customers upon return. 
• Operate a company vehicle in a safe, responsible manner.
• Schedule Routine Maintenance and Oversee Vehicle Upkeep.
• Maintain Office Supplies and Packaging Inventory.
• QC printed and finished materials based on our high-quality standard.
• Package completed projects for Will-Call, Delivery, or Shipping.
• Organize, arrange, and decorate your work area to enhance productivity.
• Work overtime when necessary to meet client expectations.
• Assist in other departments as needed.
• Assist customer service by answering phones and taking messages as needed.

Skills that you bring to the job:

• The ability to communicate effectively with customers and co-workers.
• Working Knowledge of Windows Platform, Internet Browsers, and Excel – Smartsheet a Plus! 
• Delivery logistics expertise is a must - planning, execution, and delivery from point of origin to the final delivery destination.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and resourcefully with minimal oversight.
• The ability to lift up to 50lbs, maneuver prints, media, and substrates carefully ensuring no damage occurs during transportation and/or during packaging.
• Attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task while maintaining quality, accuracy & scale.
• A can-do attitude with a continuing need to self-improve by researching new materials and learning innovative ways to utilize production equipment in our quest to delight our clients.

Required Experience:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Valid Driver’s License w/Clean Driving Record
• 1+ years Previous Experience as Dispatcher and Delivery Driver/Courier
