Industry Executive Director, Federal Government- GDI

Oracle GDI has an immediate opening for a Federal Executive Director. This new role is positioned to take the Oracle Cloud message into the Federal marketplace, directly to senior level executives.

 

As the Federal Executive Director, you will have accumulated industry-leading experience and knowledge on key industry issues, including trends, regulations, and the industry landscape. You will use this experience, particularly as it relates to industry requirements to position cloud capabilities including data, security, and compliance requirements. Additionally, you will have a functional knowledge of the information systems and technology capabilities typically used to drive the core business and organizational processes in the Federal Market and have gained experience in a transformation program that involved in whole or in part, a technology transformation to the cloud.
 

Overlay sales personnel providing specialist product expertise to the sales force.

 

Partners with Account, Technology, and Application sales representatives to qualify and close new business on Oracle solutions. Provides specific industry or product expertise to facilitate the closing of deals within sales representatives territory. Interacts with sales team to architect the solution, and develop and execute solution strategies for market. Manages solution opportunities to obtain appropriate and necessary resources for all qualified opportunities. Leads teams in the sales process for establishing market visibility and deal visibility. Presents/demonstrates solution to high level clients and industry conference attendees. May provide training to field sales on industry/solutions. Builds and maintains a network and up to date specific industry or product knowledge.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $161,700 to $270,800 per annum. May be eligible for equity and compensation deferral. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 60/40.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
