About the role

SAP PROJECT MANAGER

SNP Transformations Inc. is seeking an SAP Project Manager. The SAP Project Manager must have extensive experience managing projects from kick-off to go-live. The ability to work with clients and team members is critical to the success of this role. Must be able to multitask and enhance a team environment. Being a team player is critical for success. This position is a 50-80% client-facing role that requires national travel as needed.

The SAP Project Manager role will:

Independent and autonomous analysis and recording of customer/partner requirements
Preparation, planning, management and follow-up of customer/partner workshops
Management of project teams of internal and external experts for solution finding, specification, realization, implementation and follow-up of customer projects
Support with PM standards, industry specific KPIs and best practices
Ensure customer satisfaction
Support with training measures for SNP employees
As a Project Manager you will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution and completion of specific projects to ensure consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals. Previous consulting experience ideally with a Tier I consulting firm with ERP (SAP, Oracle) application projects is a plus.

Job Related Experience

Excellent project management skills
Ability to communicate and work as a team player
Outstanding oral and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and be able to adapt to changing priorities
Ability to effectively train clients and junior level consultants
Collaborating with business owners to capture business requirements (remote and in person)
Driving quality, testing and delivery methodology processes to ensure successful transition and client satisfaction
Experience with project management tools and methodologies
Experience with SAP SLO and or SAP Transformation is a plus
10+ years in SAP project work in various roles ranging from consultant to project manager
5+ years as Project manager
Application experience is a plus
Basis experience is a plus
