<p><strong>About the Role:</strong></p> <p><strong>OMD EMEA&nbsp;</strong>are recruiting for a Senior Manager within their Data Operations Team to work on Sony and SharkNinja! In this role you will;</p> <p><strong>Drive operational excellence:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Act as the first point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders to address issues relating to data collection, reporting, delivery and dashboard queries. Operating with the support of subject matter experts in all areas across data &amp; tech, activation and client leadership.</li> </ul> <p><strong>&nbsp;Lead on dashboard development&nbsp; and promote good data governance by:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Create visual solutions for dashboards and reports</li> <li>Ensure compliance across taxonomy structures with the Performance Media team across various markets</li> <li>Developing new and iterating existing processes to reflect best practice</li> <li>Identifying and highlighting where processes are not duly followed and proactively propose solutions</li> <li>Embedding a culture of continuous process improvements</li> <li>Safeguard resources by identifying and managing out inefficiencies, making sure opportunities are realised, removing bottlenecks that may hinder the team from performing at its best</li> <li>Conduct risk and impact analysis and identify mitigating actions</li> <li>Develop and implement strategic solutions to address operational challenges and offer possible workarounds and long-term solutions and be responsible for delivering agreed improvements</li> </ul> <p><strong>Provide operational support, and act as the bridge between the client and the account team</strong></p> <ul> <li>Proactively identify operational challenges and opportunities, and defining solutions for these</li> <li>Work with subject matter experts to streamline their areas of delivery</li> <li>Establish KPIs which can be used to demonstrate the value of the operations function to the client and internal audiences</li> </ul> <p><strong>Skills required:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Excellent communication skills</li> <li>Ability to work as across a range of concurrent workstreams, with appropriate support</li> <li>Strong experience of using data visualisation tools (PowerBi, Looker, Tableau) as well as a strong working knowledge of Excel.</li> <li>Experience in SQL and automation (Power Automate, etc) is desirable.</li> <li>Proven ability to deliver process improvement, both in terms of building new solutions and improving existing ones</li> <li>Ability to assess problems and prioritise fixes, ideally with
