We are currently seeking a full time Contract Coordinator for our West Jordan, Utah Location!  


Our Contract Coordinator will be responsible for each phase of contract preparation from researching the legal regulations to finalizing the terms.   He or she may collaborate with team or work independently to evaluate bids and draft documents.   The main tasks of a Contract Coordinator include being responsible for reviewing standard contract documents to ensure they align with our processes and rules, complete minor negotiations, communicate requirements to other departments and handle any paperwork.    

Requirements

Duties Include: 

• Collaborate with internal and external resources to review contract requirements

• Ensure that the terms of contractual agreements are written in language that is in accordance with the desires of the client

• Assist clients to fulfill the terms of or to terminate contracts on mutually amicable terms

• Review contract terms and conditions to verify that they follow company policies and all applicable federal and state regulations

• Explain contract terminology to clients and other interested parties in simple, everyday language

• Self-monitor progress according to the schedule of completion to submit drafts and documents in a timely manner

• Compile and pull reporting data as necessary

 

Successful candidates should possess:

• Paralegal and contract law experience preferred but not required.  

• Basic experience in or understanding of contractual language and terminology

• Experience with the construction contract process and documentation 

• Ability to identify, analyze, and suggest solutions for problems, customer complaints, and client concerns

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to expertly organize, prioritize and manage multiple tasks with a high degree of accuracy

• Outstanding critical thinking skills 

• Clear adherence to company policies and procurement rules and regulations

 

Compensation:
