IT&amp;D. They provide support, supervise staff, and provide direction and mentorship in tech support and service delivery.</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>Oversee the Scrum Master(s) allocated to the squads to ensure that the ceremonies, backlog grooming, retrospectives are effectively being carried out (incl. the 30-70 split)</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>SPOC from a D&amp;A standpoint in managing stakeholders within D&amp;A as well as outside (e.g., GBUs/ market representatives, IT&amp;D) to ensure that there is a single channel of communication from a D&amp;A standpoint</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>Works closely with Product Owners on designing the product roadmaps and feeding into the product backlogs</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>Works closely with the Product Manager(s) to ensure that the messaging, demands, priorities, budget, capacity and delivery are fully aligned</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>Works closely with the Product Manager(s) and the product squad to problem solve and develop mitigating solutions for potential bottlenecks </span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>Ownership of the financial budget to run the squad across people, infrastructure, licensing from a D&amp;A standpoint</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>Drives activities to ensure adoption of the deployed products within GBUs/markets and central Reckitt functionsWorks closely with the D&amp;A chapter leads/delegates to review quality of resourcing, future demands to be prepared better and in line with strategic business/functional priorities</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>Ensure that projects and products are regularly delivered according to Agile methodology.</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>Maintain timelines and budgets across initiatives.</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>Foster a cooperative, creative, and effective work environment and team performance.</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>Works closely with Solution Architect and Data Product Manager to ensure that from a D&amp;A standpoint, all needs are effectively covered</span></span></span></span></li> </ul> <h2>The experience we're looking for</h2> <ul> <li><span><span><span><span><span>Strong background of 10+ years in d
