Security Officer - Tourist Center Flex

In South Las Vegas, Nevada:

Allied Universal is seeking Unarmed Security Officers to join our Tourist Center Flex Team!

Ideal candidates must:

• Have Required 1+ Year(s) of Security Experience
• Possess valid Drivers License for at least 1 year
• Ability to pass a background check, including a driver’s record review

• Have professional demeanor and appearance

• Display exceptional customer service and communications skills

• Demonstrate proficiency with computers and tablets
• Be Comfortable performing foot patrol routes requiring standing and walking for long periods of time

Schedule: 8 hour shifts - Flex schedule -

Must provide 5 days of availability

(Sunday - Thursday, or Tuesday - Saturday, or Saturday and Sunday plus three weekdays of your choice)

Pay $17.00 Hourly

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle
• Watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards
• Sound alarms or calls police or fire department in case of fire or presence of unauthorized persons
• Warn violators of rule infractions, such as loitering, smoking, or carrying forbidden articles
• Permit authorized persons to enter property and monitors entrances and exits
• Observe departing personnel to protect against theft of company property and ensures that authorized removal of property is conducted within appropriate client requirements
