With us, you'll craft mobile solutions that bring our vision of a better working world to life, directly impacting patient care across Europe's top healthcare systems.</p> <p> </p> <p>Your key responsibilities</p> <p><br/> In this pivotal role, you’ll lead the development of cutting-edge mobile and web applications, translating complex requirements into user-centric solutions. You’ll collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams, drive front-end design with UI/UX experts, and spearhead our mobile initiatives. Your innovative approach will guide our off- and nearshore teams towards excellence.</p> <p> </p> <p>Skills and attributes for success</p> <p><br/> •    Profound expertise in iOS development with Swift and a robust portfolio of apps.<br/> •    Mastery of software architecture across network, infrastructure, and application layers.<br/> •    Proven ability to bridge technology and healthcare, with a deep understanding of German healthcare system architecture and interoperability standards.</p> <p> </p> <p>To qualify for the role, you must have</p> <p><br/> •    At least 2-4 years of professional experience, preferably at least 2 years in the healthcare sector, with a particular focus on the implementation of customer-specific applications on mobile platforms like iOS <br/> •    In-depth understanding of software architectures at all levels - network, infrastructure, security, persistence, application, and frontend - to communicate effectively with other stakeholders such as project managers, scrum masters, product owners, business analysts, developers, and infrastructure or security architects <br/> •    Deep understanding of programming patterns (like MVC, MVVM, etc.), tools, and frameworks for (cross-platform) development like Declarative-UI, Angular, Xamarin, React, etc. <br/> •    Deep understanding of native app development for iOS with Swift and SwiftUI<br/> •    Good understanding of the German healthcare system landscapes and reference architectures in the field of hospitals, providers, and/or payers/health insurance companies like Telematics infrastructure, KIS, PVS, LIMS, etc. <br/> •    Experience in dealing with health-specific interoperability formats like IHE, HL7 / FHIR, as well as standards for medical data models, e.g., openEHR, SNOMED, OMOP<br/> •    Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science, or Mathematics, or Business Studies, or Engineering, or another related field with a strong IT focus </p> <p><br/> Ideally, you’ll also have</p> <p><br/> •    A track record of working with health-specific data models and interoperability formats.<br/> •    Experience with Agile methodologies and a flair for leading collaborative project teams.</p> <p> </p> <p>What we look for </p> <p> </p> <p>We’re seeking visionary leaders who blend tech expertise with a passion for healthcare innovation.
