The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a Supply Planning Specialist - 3M Performance, you will liaison and partner across the network to manage supply performance between Solventum and 3M; establish governance, communication, and KPIs to drive best results and alignment; and mitigate risks and communicate action plans for any critical needs and escalation.

- Leads collaboration between Solventum and 3M to drive best performance
- Implements process and measurables to align stakeholders and actions
- Determines detail and tracking needed for aligned action plans
- Supports overall performance and communication around key topics
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND six (6) years of supply chain experience
OR
- High school diploma AND ten (10) years of supply chain experience
AND
In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:
- Experience working with demand planning, operations, procurement, logistics, or inventory management.
- Experience analyzing and compiling data and making data-based business recommendations.
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Experience working with marketing, sales, or commercial operations teams
- Experience in project management.
- Strong analytical and process improvement skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate with senior leadership and influence the outcome.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with ability to establish and maintain working relationships with internal/external customers and fellow team members at all levels.
Work location: Hybrid St. Paul, MN
Travel: May include up to 10% domestic/international
