The Shortages Department Team member at S&S Activewear is responsible for the completeness and correctness of all short orders filled from warehouse inventory using power equipment. This team is also responsible for documenting and reporting shortages and its causes by following the SOP. Maintain a safe and efficient warehouse. Meet all productivity and accuracy standards. Adhere to the guidelines presented in the S&S Activewear Employee Handbook.

Compensation & Schedule

Starting rate $20 per hour, 

Monday - Friday, 11:30AM-8PM, Full-Time, Non-Exempt 

Duties & Responsibilities 

• Show up on time every day, ready to work with a positive attitude
• Understand the Corpsite system
• Complete and maintain all required documentation
• Knowledge about product and locations
• Operate Stock Chaser and Power equipment safely
• Maintain a safe warehouse
• Help to maintain a clean, neat and orderly warehouse
• Act professionally and do not distract coworkers while working
• Stay busy. Work with sense of urgency
• Meet expectations/Production Standards
• Follow directions from Supervisors and Managers

Requirements

• Ability to read and understand pick tickets 
• Must be 18 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to read and speak English 
• Must have reliable transportation 
• Ability to follow detailed instructions
• Ability to operate a warehouse equipment and machinery
• Must be comfortable using electronic devices
• Can lift and carry up to 50lbs on occasion with or without reasonable accommodation
• Basic math skills, ability to count, add, and subtract numbers quickly and accurately
• Ability to identify colors, sizes, quantity, label, and SKU information
• Must be flexible with start and departure time changing 
• Ability to work overtime when needed
• Ability to work independently without close supervision
• Responsible for any additional duties assigned
