- Salary Range: $66,000 - $70,000 per year
- Schedule: Mon - Fri 8:00am-5:00pm
- Motivate your team through shift meetings, one-on-one coaching, and real-time support
- Address concerns, celebrate wins, and keep communication open and honest
- Create a culture of accountability, safety, and pride in performance
- Collaborate and follow up on late orders, product availability, carrier rescheduling
- Analyze data and reporting to provide to the customer, including regular KPI reporting and commentary as well as internal reporting to assess carrier performance, inbound load quality, consignee performance and volume spike impact (space, profile effects, balancing)
- Partner with the customer and site leadership on forecast data, exceptions management, and labor planning
- Review forecast data provided by the customer with Operations Inventory
- Identify training needs and lead cross-training efforts
- Perform job shadowing and on-the-job training with Customer Service Representatives
- Connect the dots between team tasks and customer goals
- Provide consistent performance feedback to help your team grow
- Participate in safety committees and help build a proactive safety culture
- Ensure policies, procedures, and best practices are followed at all times
- Tackle other duties like a pro — all within your training and expertise
Qualifications and Requirements:
What You Bring to the Table:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 1–3 years of direct supervisory experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access)
- Proven ability to analyze data and provide recommendations based on analysis
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
