This role will lead process improvement efforts, support tax-related systems and data flows, and help design scalable solutions across the broader tax technology ecosystem.<br><br>This is not a pure tax technical role or a pure IT role. The ideal candidate brings a strong mix of systems thinking, process improvement, problem-solving, and technical fluency, along with enough tax knowledge to operate effectively in a complex international environment. This person should be able to assess issues holistically, understand how systems and data interact, and help architect practical, scalable solutions that deliver value quickly.</p> <p><strong>Work Location</strong></p> <p>Hybrid Presence based near our US Hubs - Boston, San Francisco, Atlanta, Sterling, Seattle, New York City or Scottsdale. This role follows a hybrid schedule. We rely on in-person collaboration and ask that team members work onsite Tuesdays through Fridays, with the flexibility to work remotely on Mondays, unless there is an approved workplace accommodation.
