Join our Brand, Marketing and Communications (BMC) team and you will directly support and promote our brand and reputation. Through internal communications, public relations and corporate communications, you’ll provide a wide range of marketing and communications services to internal and external audiences. These include current and future clients, our current and future employees, alumni, regulators, the media and the communities within which we operate.

 

The opportunity

As part of a highly collaborative team, you’ll support the implementation of the Americas Communications & Marketing (ACM) sponsorship portfolio, creating opportunities for EY leadership to build relationships with clients, prospects and stakeholders. You’ll have the opportunity to understand the many areas of the firm and the ability to stay on top of global business issues in order to contribute to content and programming. Your work will involve assisting in the development of scope, cost and schedule of simple projects, including establishing reasonable deadlines and outlining action steps to be taken.

 

Your key responsibilities

You’ll plan and manage the execution of specific programs under limited supervision to achieve goals. By building inclusive teams, you’ll grow a sense of belonging by teaming with other Marketing Services members to oversee components of larger sponsorships. You’ll engage with appropriate ACM specialty groups to support completion of program deliverables including, but not limited to, internal and external communications, video, thought leadership, and branding. We’ll look to you to build relationships with clients to understand objectives and goals for each program and incorporate client feedback into deliverables. With an eye for capturing best practices, you’ll assess processes to gauge its success as well as areas for improvement.

 

Skills and attributes for success

  • Strong attention to detail, prioritize day-to-day decisions and work assignments to meet deadlines
  • Demonstrate understanding of advanced principles and concepts for the marketing initiatives
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and project management skills

 

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 plus years of relevant marketing experience

 

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Proficient in Windows, MS Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and SharePoint

  What we offer   We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $61,100 to $111,000. The salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $73,400 to $126,100. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options. Join us in our team-led and leader-enabled hybrid model. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year. Under our flexible vacation policy, you’ll decide how much vacation time you need based on your own personal circumstances. You’ll also be granted time off for designated EY Paid Holidays, Winter/Summer breaks, Personal/Family
