They are proud to be the preferred logistics partner of the life science industry and healthcare professionals for more than 4,000 companies worldwide.</span></p><p></p><p></p><p><b>Overall Mission</b></p><p><span>The Senior Logistics Specialist will manage Operations and Warehouse related operations  to guarantee service quality.  </span></p><p><span>They will handle <span>temperature-controlled</span> transport solutions in compliance with the commitments made and collaboration with the OPS and quality team.</span></p><p></p><p><b><span>Main Contribution</span></b></p><ul><li><span><span>Preparing export and import paperwork (customs invoices, AWB, HAWB).</span></span></li><li><p><span>Completing <span>temperature-controlled</span> shipments in line with SOP.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Monitoring and tracking shipments’ statuses &amp; react accordingly.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Communicating with customers as well as with airlines, handling agents, customs brokers and other logistic service providers.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Managing cold-chain rooms inventories on a weekly, monthly and yearly basis.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Daily communication with OPS team about production steps.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Presenting a continuous improvement mindset and looking for process improvements.</span></p></li><li><p><span>CAPA management - issuing CAPA for all incidents, with or without consequence, follow up and record.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Keeping Unity data high quality - 100% data updated on time and with no mistakes.</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Skills Required</b></p><ul><li><span>2+ year in logistics, preferred <span>pharma/DG/temperature-controlled</span> experience</span></li><li><p><span>Strong knowledge of airfreight operations (handling, freight forwarding, customs clearance, communications with airlines etc.)</span></p></li><li><p><span>IATA DGR training</span></p></li><li><p><span>Basics in quality and regulatory</span></p></li><li><p><span>Process oriented and ability to define as well as improve workflows</span></p></li><li><p><span>Solutions oriented </span></p></li><li><p><span>“Make it happen”</span></p></li><li><p><span>Enthusiastic and Motivated</span></p></li></ul>
