The Boeing CompanyBoeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for an Associate Manufacturing Operations Analyst to join the Space Launch Systems (SLS) team in New Orleans, LA!
The Associate Manufacturing Operations Analysts provide advanced technical knowledge and work with leadership around manufacturing projects, to include financial projects, that affect organization efficiency.
Position Responsibilities:
- Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria
- Analyzes and interprets data
- Provides feedback on assessment results
- Works with organizations to develop strategies, plans and metrics to accomplish company initiatives using Lean methodologies or other applicable tools and processes
- Works at the appropriate level in the organization to implement strategies and plans
- Works under general direction
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 2+ years of experience working in or supporting a manufacturing environment
- 2+ years of experience using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
- 2+ years of experience analyzing data, creating reports, and presenting results
- Experience working in a team-based environment
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher
- Experience in EVM and financial data
- Experience developing or auditing standard work
- Experience implementing improvements in a manufacturing environment
- Experience in a highly regulated environment

Summary pay range: $62,050 – $83,950
