What Will You Get To Do:
- Handles full-cycle recruiting for organization
- Collaborate with internal clients to identify present and future staffing needs
- Daily management in Applicant Tracking System
- Screens and sources candidates using Indeed, LinkedIn, Clear Company ATS and other internet platforms to find qualified candidates
- Reviewing and working with Hiring Managers to determine exceptional potential candidates
- Schedule, coordinate and participate in phone interviews, site tours and onsite interviews
- Administer pre-hire assessments (Predictive Index, Mechanical testing, etc)
- Provide excellent service to hiring managers and candidates
- Prepares and presents Offer Letters to potential hires
- Collaborate with Hiring Manager, HR and IT team to create exceptional New Hire experience
- Works closely with the HR team to align and continuously improve processes
- Administrator for HRIS system, Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Background Screening and Drug Screening services
What Will You Bring:
- Four years of experience in full-cycle staffing and recruiting, human resources in corporate or agency/staffing environment
- BS or BA in HR or related field or equivalent experience
- Prior experience working with Applicant Tracking or recruiting systems; experience working with HRIS systems; intermediate Excel skills
- Ability and desire to work 100% onsite
- Excellent organizational, ability to multi-tasking and shift priorities as needed
- Ability to work well cross-functionally with multiple hiring managers; provides excellent internal and external customer service
- Ability to communication well with all levels of the organization; strong interpersonal skills; ability to deal with sensitive and confidential information;
