FASTSIGNS Account Representative Role:

• Be the initial contact with current clients as well as prospective customers in our FASTSIGNS Center
• Learn to prepare estimates, implement work orders, develop project plans and ensure timely delivery of finished orders.
• Coordinate with the design, and production team to align project objectives and deliverables.
• Work with customers in numerous ways such as email, telephone, in-person and at their place of business

Qualifications for FASTSIGNS Account Representative:

• 2-3 years of retail or counter sales experience preferred
• Sign business or graphic design experience an added bonus
• Outgoing, responsive, eager to learn!
• Great listening and organization skills
• Ability to work under pressure to output high volume, high-quality work
